Where the work was getting stuck.

Backflow testers often carry device records, readings, photos, certificates and due dates across paper and spreadsheets. That creates double entry, slows down field work and makes re-tests easy to miss.

02 / The approach

Design the pathway, not another platform.

We designed one field-to-certificate flow: open the device, follow the guided form, capture readings, photos and signatures offline, then let the system calculate pass or fail, generate the certificate and begin the next re-test cycle.

03 / What we built

One connected experience, built around the real work.

Guided field testing

Purpose-built forms capture readings for RPZ, DCV, PVB and more, with pass or fail logic built in.

Automatic certificates

A clean, compliant PDF is generated and emailed as soon as a test passes.

Re-test reminders

Customers are reminded automatically before devices fall due, bringing the next test back to the business.

Works offline

Tests, photos and signatures can be captured without signal and sync safely when coverage returns.
